I am a regular guest staying at Bin Star Wood Hotel. However, this time, I am not satisfied with the behaviour and billing process. I asked for a different bill amount/details, but I was charged a different amount. Also, the staff behaviour was not appropriate and they were shouting, which was disappointing.
