Hotel Sakoon

Had a pleasant stay. Food was good. Staff were generous and polite. Couldn’t find anything to complain about. Rooms were cozy and spacious. All the toiletries and amenities were available in the room.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, which made the experience even more relaxing. The staff was extremely supportive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast area. The food was delicious, with an impressive variety and a wide range of spreads to choose from. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared.Overall, it was a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Sukoon and would not recommend it to other travelers, especially families with children.From the moment I arrived, the overall standard of service was far below expectations. The staff lacked professionalism, and the hotel attendants were not even dressed in proper uniforms, which reflected poorly on the management. The reception team was not particularly cooperative or helpful when assistance was needed.The location of the hotel is another major concern. It is situated in an area that feels unsafe and inconvenient for visitors unfamiliar with Delhi. Families and international travelers should exercise caution before choosing this property.The room itself was not properly cleaned and appeared poorly maintained. The interior looked outdated and neglected, and the air-conditioning system was functioning inadequately and clearly requires servicing. Furthermore, there were exposed wires and signs of poor maintenance in the bathroom, which raised serious safety concerns.What was most disappointing was that the family room was advertised as child-friendly, yet the facilities and condition of the room were entirely unsuitable for children. The property fails to meet even basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and safety expected from family accommodation.Overall, my experience was highly unsatisfactory. Considering the poor service, cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and questionable location, I can give this hotel no more than 1 out of 5 stars.

Everything is perfect in this hotel from location to food and rooms. But I amzed about the wifi speed at this property. My mobile speed is more then there wifi speed if I want work on my laptop then I have to use my mobile data.So please guys increase you wifi speed it will hardly cost 3000 rupee a month to ramp it up to 100 to 300 mbps. Where your wifi speed is 5.5 mpbs.Hopefully you people work on it .
