A wonderful spot for a family stay; we found it very comfortable and strongly suggest this hotel. The staff were fantastic.

Staying at Clarks Inn Express Dehradun was very comfortable with a beautiful rooftop. The food quality was good, the property was neat and clean, and the staff was very cooperative. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is located in the main city on Rajpur Road.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. Hospitality was nearly absent, and the treatment of guests was totally unacceptable. The hotel isn't located on the main road as expected but tucked inside a street, making access and parking difficult. Room choices were limited to only twin beds during my visit. The biggest problem was the lack of basic services; after 11 PM, there was no regular water supply, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Parking and security were also poor, with no guard present after 10 PM and no one to open the gate, leaving guests to handle it themselves. The staff's hospitality was very poor, lacking professional communication and making guests feel unwelcome. Considering the price and the brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here and will not return. Management needs to address staff behavior, water supply, security, parking, and overall guest service, as this hotel failed to make guests feel comfortable or respected.

Yes, you read that correctly — a hotel where guests cannot even depend on a proper water supply at night.The parking/security arrangements are equally disappointing. After 10 PM, there was no guard at the parking area, and nobody was available to open the gate. Guests are simply left to manage things themselves.And the staff hospitality? Extremely poor. They clearly don't understand how to communicate with or treat guests professionally. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the overall attitude makes you regret choosing the hotel in the first place.For the price and the expectations associated with a branded hotel, this level of service is simply unacceptable.I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel. I will never stay here again, and I would advise others to seriously consider their options before booking.Management seriously needs to look into the staff behaviour, water supply, security, parking and overall guest service. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and respected — this place did the complete opposite.
