One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hospitality is practically non-existent, and the way guests are treated is completely unacceptable.First of all, the hotel is not on the main road as you might expect. It is located inside a street, which makes access and parking inconvenient. The room options are also very limited, with only twin-bed rooms available during my stay.The biggest issue was the complete lack of basic services. After 11 PM, there was no regular water supply. Yes, you read that correctly — a hotel where guests cannot even depend on a proper water supply at night.The parking/security arrangements are equally disappointing. After 10 PM, there was no guard at the parking area, and nobody was available to open the gate. Guests are simply left to manage things themselves.And the staff hospitality? Extremely poor. They clearly don't understand how to communicate with or treat guests professionally. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the overall attitude makes you regret choosing the hotel in the first place.For the price and the expectations associated with a branded hotel, this level of service is simply unacceptable.I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel. I will never stay here again, and I would advise others to seriously consider their options before booking.Management seriously needs to look into the staff behaviour, water supply, security, parking and overall guest service. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and respected — this place did the complete opposite.
