I recently had the worst experience of my life with Effotel Sayaji Dehradun. Booked 2 days staycation but could hardly spend a night due to worst services and maintenance of the property provided. Had to drop all the plans and took an agressive decision of early checkout the very next morning due to mould and fungus full rooms. Lack of cleanliness, rooms are too saddist with no ventilation and scenic view. Internet was not working at all. Staff was very non cooperative, did not even bothered after all this to provide the refund of booking as a compensation for the damage caused. This hotel is not recommended from any aspect, wastage of money, degradation of Sayaji as a brand value, ruined the reputation of such renowned brand name.

I enjoyed a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy, the service was efficient, and the entire experience was enjoyable. I want to especially thank the Front Office Team — Ahmad, Naveen, and Sabbil. They were very friendly, courteous, and supportive during my visit. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they ensured all my needs were met.
