I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Clark Inn, Dehradun during my official business trip. The overall hospitality was excellent, but I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Aarzoo Singh for her outstanding service.Throughout our stay, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and every single time Aarzoo served us with a warm smile, great professionalism, and genuine care. She is extremely polite, humble, courteous, and always ready to help. Her positive attitude and dedication towards her work made our dining experience truly enjoyable.Aarzoo is a very hardworking and sincere team member who pays attention to every small detail and ensures that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her excellent customer service reflects the high standards of hospitality maintained by Clark Inn.Employees like Aarzoo Singh are a great asset to the hotel. My family and I recently stayed at Clarks Inn, Dehradun, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were made to feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. His exceptional hospitality, courteous nature, and genuine concern for guests' comfort stood out throughout our stay. He ensured that every dining experience was pleasant and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.I also had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Vinod Badoni, an inspiring personality. Besides being an exceptionally fit and energetic individual, I was delighted to learn that he has represented India in a Master Chef competition and is an active member of several prestigious chef organizations. His passion for culinary excellence is reflected not only in the delicious food served but also in his humility and willingness to interact with guests. I happened to book this hotel in hurry as I had just arrived at Ddun and was so tired from the overnight journey. I am so grateful that I was allowed an early check-in. The staff is so corteous and cooperative. The rooms are okay. But the food is delicious. Excellent service. Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception for being so understanding. Thank you.
