My family and I recently stayed at Clarks Inn, Dehradun, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were made to feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the entire team made our family trip even more enjoyable.A special word of appreciation goes to Mr. Tejpal, the Restaurant Manager. His exceptional hospitality, courteous nature, and genuine concern for guests' comfort stood out throughout our stay. He ensured that every dining experience was pleasant and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.I also had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Vinod Badoni, an inspiring personality. Besides being an exceptionally fit and energetic individual, I was delighted to learn that he has represented India in a Master Chef competition and is an active member of several prestigious chef organizations. His passion for culinary excellence is reflected not only in the delicious food served but also in his humility and willingness to interact with guests. It was a privilege to meet someone of his caliber.I sincerely thank the entire team at Clarks Inn for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. I happened to book this hotel in hurry as I had just arrived at Ddun and was so tired from the overnight journey. I am so grateful that I was allowed an early check-in. The staff is so corteous and cooperative. The rooms are okay. But the food is delicious. Excellent service. Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception for being so understanding. Thank you.
