Fan was running very slow, and ther was no cap on the regulator to change the speed. AC was not cooling the room, and remote was not properly responsive. Installation of AC was very poor, the almirah was right in front of it blocking the air. After I complained, fan regulator was fixed but the ac was still not cooling properly, better than before but still not effective.When I went to bath, the tap handle came in my hand the moment I twisted it to turn on the water. I complained to change the room but there was no other room available, looks like they gave me the worst possible room.This is not expected from a 1700-2000 per night DELUX room. My money is wasted.Agoda should not charge money upfront. We should have the right to first visit the hotel and if we like then only we pay. There was no option for me to change the hotel as well, as I had already paid for 2 days. This hotel was a total waste of money for me.
A very nice place for stay, specially for working professionals.
Most of the were repaired even The washroom's Pot was shaking.. Over the top prices for food (regular veg food) and no non veg option available..
