Room not have sufficient light , very low brightness after open all lights
Worst service and management.I kept on calling no response.No proper staff for services.Not happy.
Unfortunately, the experience was well below expectations.*Cleanliness issues:*- Room was not properly cleaned on arrival - dust on tables, hair in bathroom, stained bedsheets.- Towels had a foul smell and were not replaced daily despite requests.- Common areas/ corridors were also poorly maintained.*Staff issues:*- Front desk staff were inattentive and took 25+ minutes to respond to calls.- Housekeeping missed scheduled service on without informing.- Requests made to staff were ignored or handled unprofessionally.For the price paid, basic hygiene and service standards were not met.
