Dear Glory Management, I want to share my deep disappointment about my stay at your hotel from June 26 to June 27. I picked your hotel hoping for a pleasant stay, but Room 102 had major problems. The air conditioning didn't work at all during my visit. Even after telling the front desk, nothing was done. The room became extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable and causing a sleepless night for me and my family. Additionally, the staff was not helpful when I mentioned the issue; they just said it's the machine and there's nothing they can do. I understand you are the owner and may not mind losing one or two guests due to poor service, but the money we paid from our hard-earned salary means a lot to me.
