We had a terrible experience of stay in this property. We booked it after reading all positive reviews online. Very stinky and foul smell in our room, lobby was dirty with lots of moisture in walls and floor, the room next to our door was in bad shape, no cleanliness. Even after requested the room was given on 2nd floor. No options in breakfast buffet, very basic aloo ki subzi with lot of water in it. Sambar was like south Indian soup. Pizza was made with market base, the basic one, ramada like properties can have their own dough. Special occasion was spoiled at the best because of bad experience. Never thought Ramada could be so so pathetic. Thats a truly honest review.
The breakfast food is ok. we had ordered cocktail from the bar, both the drinks were below par as they were not made the right way. Even after the feedback to the server the issue remained unresolved. The main course food, we had specifically asked that the mutton be done well and good pieces be served, unfortunately that also fell on deaf ears. The mouth freshners are kept at entry point and do not look like being kept in hygienic place or even the containers are not good. The lobby is impressive, rest of things are not.
The overall experience is fabulous. Including location,the food quality, back end staff and cleanliness is commendable .We wish them all the very best.
