My stay at this hotel was very disappointing, ranking among the worst hospitality experiences I've encountered. The staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally, treating even simple requests like asking for a bottle of drinking water as a hassle, despite the steep fees charged to guests. The room's condition was just as unsatisfactory: the toilet was poorly kept, the shower didn't work properly, and the bathtub was filthy, seeming like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Overall, the hygiene and upkeep were far below what one would expect from a hotel with such high rates. I urge management to promptly address issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and staff conduct. Based on what I experienced, I strongly suggest other travelers think carefully before choosing to stay here.
