Starting with the hotel staff, from the restaurant and kitchen to housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and helpful. However, my experience in room 409 for three nights was more like a nightmare. There was water leaking from the AC vents, rainwater pouring in through the window, and cockroaches found on the bed. The staff can only do so much without proper support from management in terms of infrastructure, maintenance, and pest control. I would not recommend staying here, especially on the 4th floor where all the rooms are problematic. The management should be ashamed.

They offer deluxe, semi-deluxe, and luxury rooms. Tea is served only after 7:30 am and costs 75₹ per cup. Underground parking is available. Overall, there is room for improvement.

The rooms are very small and not ideal for families. The location isn't convenient unless you have your own transport. Our room on the first floor was very dark. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor, but the handwash is on the fifth, which is odd. The buffet breakfast seems designed so guests end up eating just fruit and leaving, as the other options are quite poor.
