Excellent service with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The hotel looks stunning, but the hospitality and management were very disappointing. The manager, Sanjukta Paul, acted unprofessionally and avoided speaking to us directly about a room upgrade. We were pressured to check out before the official 11 AM time, the pool closes way too early at 7 PM, and the towels were dirty with yellow stains, requiring us to ask twice for clean ones. Jhilli Bhattacharya, Aditya at reception, and the room service staff tried to assist, but their help couldn't compensate for the poor management. Considering the high price, the service was unacceptable and completely spoiled our stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

This review is about the hotel stay, not the restaurant. The hospitality and service at the hotel were very disappointing. Although the property looks appealing from the outside, the experience with the hotel service was poor. The hotel manager, Sanjukta Paul, was especially unprofessional; when we asked about a room upgrade, she refused to speak to us directly and instead communicated through room-service staff, telling us no upgrades were available. This made us feel ignored. Additionally, we received a call late at night asking about our checkout time. Even after informing them we would leave at 11:00 AM as stated, they pressured us to leave by 10:30 AM, which felt unnecessary and made us feel like a burden. The pool closing at 7:00 PM was another letdown. Since Goa is a place to explore during the day, guests often return around 7–8 PM expecting to relax in the pool, but here that was not allowed. For a beachside hotel charging premium rates, the pool hours are too restrictive. The towels were also a problem; they were visibly dirty with large yellow stains, and we had to ask twice for replacements, which is unacceptable at this price point. On a positive note, Jhilli Bhattacharya, Aditya from reception, and a room-service staff member were the only ones who showed genuine concern and empathy, and their help was appreciated. Sadly, their efforts did not compensate for the overall poor management and service. Overall, the stay was a major disappointment. Paying premium rates, we expected good hospitality, cleanliness, flexibility, and comfort, but none were delivered. I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant beachside stay. While the location looks good, the hotel service and management need serious improvement, and the hospitality does not justify the cost.

Visited 15th Bay, Dona Paula, Goa and had a mixed experience.The ambience was really beautiful and the place had a great vibe. It felt relaxing and the overall atmosphere made the visit enjoyable. The service was also very good the staff were attentive and polite.However, the food was disappointing for us. We ordered Chicken Lasuni Kebab, but unfortunately it did not feel fresh and we could not enjoy it. In the end, we barely ate the main dish and only had the French fries, which were good.The place has a lovely setting and good hospitality, but we hope the food quality and freshness improve.’ Excellent ambience and service, but the food did not meet our expectations.
