In the deluxe room pictures, there’s a picture of balcony, river view and bath tub. But the room only has a tub. The rooms with river view and balcony doesn’t have a tub. So it’s very misleading. Also dinner and breakfast buffet is not worth the cost.
No wifi available during the night. No staff present at night. No one answers calls at night.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026Overall Rating: 2/5I would not recommend this hotel for several reasons.We booked two rooms with balcony views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, fully furnished, air-conditioned, and had TV channels. The bathrooms were acceptable, but the overall cleanliness could have been much better.There were several inconveniences during our stay:Wi-Fi was unreliable and often unavailable.The rooms did not provide basic toiletries such as tissues or toilet paper. Only towels, shampoo, and soap were provided.The hotel only had Indian-style round-pin electrical sockets. If you are traveling from abroad, you will likely have difficulty charging your phone or laptop unless you bring a suitable adapter. The hotel did not provide adapters, and there were no nearby shops to buy one.There was no lift from the ground floor to the first or second floors, which may be difficult for families with children or guests carrying heavy luggage.The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is not suitable for young children.One of our rooms had a river-view balcony, but we could hardly enjoy it because there was a strong unpleasant smell outside. The other room overlooked the swimming pool, which was a much better view.The breakfast was good, and the dinner was reasonably priced.Overall, while the staff were courteous and the rooms were spacious, the lack of cleanliness, poor Wi-Fi, missing basic amenities, inconvenient power outlets, unpleasant balcony experience, and absence of an elevator made the stay disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.
