Restaurant service is very slow, taking about an hour for a simple menu. The rooms do not justify the high cost. The taste of the beverages in the restaurant is not good.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located about 1 km from the Karaikudi bus stand, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area, which made the stay very relaxing.The rooms are cozy, spacious, and well maintained, providing a comfortable environment to unwind. The service was quick and excellent, and the front office managers were extremely kind, courteous, and highly responsive to every request.Despite a temporary scarcity of commercial LPG, the hotel team still went the extra mile to ensure guests were well taken care of. They managed to serve tasty and satisfying breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which we truly appreciated.Overall, it is an excellent place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Karaikudi. ’’’’’

It is conveniently situated about 1 km from the Karaikudi bus stand, yet located in a calm and peaceful residential neighborhood, making the experience very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable, roomy, and well-kept, offering a pleasant space to relax. The service was prompt and outstanding, with the front office managers being very kind, polite, and highly attentive to all requests. Even though there was a temporary shortage of commercial LPG, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure guests were well cared for. They successfully provided delicious and fulfilling breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which we greatly valued. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Karaikudi.
