Stayed for two days and I must say that The Services of this hotel are pathetic and the staff is totally irresponsible. Asked for a bottle of water and even after constant reminder "twice" they didn't sent it. I had to bring it from outside. Also the fan was too noisy that I couldn't sleep for a night. After reminding twice once in morning and then in noon they didn't sent any staff for enquiry. In fact at the reception a dressed doll "miss Pushpita" Despite listening dint took any action nor they bothered to ask if the problem was settled or not. Very pathetic experience with zero cooperation from staff. I booked a delux room and the room is just painted to look good otherwise the condition of washrooms were so pathetic and unhygienic.

Not so great stay. The hotel is just ok. The toilets were not cleaned, mould all around. The washroom door was broken and so was not closing. Wifi is not good atall. TV was not working. AC was not functioning well. No floor mats. Breakfast was ok and can be improved. The sanitary fittings were like 100yrs old.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Chhavi. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the hospitality truly made me feel valued as a guest.The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The housekeeping service was prompt and ensured everything was perfectly arranged every day.The food was delicious with a great variety of options. Both breakfast and dinner were fresh, hygienic, and full of flavor. The restaurant staff provided excellent service and were always attentive.The overall ambience of the hotel is calm, comfortable, and family-friendly. Every department ’ front office, housekeeping, restaurant, and management ’ works with dedication and professionalism.I highly recommend Hotel Chhavi to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable stay. Truly deserving of 5 stars!

MUST AVOID HOTEL AT ALL COSTS:Services and facilities of this hotel are so pathetic that you will only destroy your mood and your guests mood when you stay here.I used this hotel from 13 Feb to 16 Feb 2026 for hosting my Wedding guests and it deteriorated our reputation very very badly. There are absolutely no Service in this hotel as following:- We booked several floors with all rooms, but the previous staying guests refused to leave the room and we only got our MAIN room at 11 PM in night in place of the regular check-in time. Hotel staff has no control on anything.- There is absolutely no management or control in this hotel, no one listens to anyone.- only 1 Bell Boy in a hotel with 100+ rooms- only 1 luggage trolley in a hotel with 100+ rooms, which was also found broken the day we checked in and it took than 2 days to repair it back.- All our guests had to carry all their luggage by themselves to their rooms.- the slope / slide for Luggage Trolley and Wheel chair is made more than 60 degree inclination, and you need more than 3 persons to manage either luggage trolly or Wheelchair that too by yourself.... just pathetic.- 2 very small lifts, which are most of the time occupied by Hotel staff only and they argue with guests all the times.- Housekeeping don't do housekeeping services in room for the entire duration of your stay. We stayed for 3 nights and not even a single day either bathroom was cleaned, towels, bed-sheets etc will change or room cleaned.... just pathetic.- Toilets sticks, gutter smell was coming in room 228 & 228- If you use their Floweriest (by name IMRAN), you will have the nightmare of your life. He provided us the flowers and Haldi decoration after the Haldi ceremony was completed.... just pathetic.- We organised Breakfast in 2nd Floor Hall, they provided tables with so dirty linens, you can't even keep your hand on the table.... just pathetic.- Tea and Coffee just will leaking all the times and getting spilled on floor, when told to put a bin below, they just pulled the table cloth bit in front so that the spill continues on the cloth material.... just pathetic.- We asked the Coffee guy to serve coffee on table, he fused to do so and said we can complain for him.- Reception staff is so unresponsive that they have no clue as what to do??- There are no service people at all to make any kind of services in rooms or on floors. They have ZERO support staff.NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE AS YOU WILL JUST DESTROY YOUR MOOD ALL THE TIME

Amazing place to stay, lots of shops near by within walking distance. The staff and service were very good. breakfasts were fantastic. Little story when we arrived to early for the full breakfast service the staff kindly put out toast and gave us tea and digestives which was a really nice gesture.thanks so much.
