Rooms- Extremely worst that I can only say. I was there for two nights and three days. Rooms had pigeon nest in the AC vent, their feathers and continuously they are cooing so we requested to change the room. Service almost done after 1:30 hrs post request. Then they had no room slippers, tissue papers. Even they provided dental kit post request. Rooms had broken table and bed. If they don't have slippers then they should atleast provide door mat but even after so many requests they said we will be sending service person in a while who had not come till we left.Services- Firstly they are not professionals, they hired local peoples who serve u. They even don't understand what u are asking for. If u will call to the reception for something they will send but more than 2-3 hrs. We requested for room service at 10 so that by the time we will leave all cleanings would get done but service person arrived at almost 11:45, n then we had to handover the key to them for cleaning. We requested for private cab because we had train at early morning, they said yes they will provide u n charges would be Rs500. When it comes to morning we get down to reception n asked for same he said no body had informed him about that n if u wanna private cab service then u have to pay Rs1200 only for 5 kms ride to Ajmer railway station. So nobody is reliable for any service.Location- Totally not recommended if u r coming from another city or without private or ur own vehicle. Pathetic cab service. If u wanna book, u have to walk for atleast 1km from the property and then wait for 20-40 mins or 1 hr and if luckily someone accepts they will ask extra charges upto Rs200 for one sided ride apart from fair shown in app. Not always roadside taxi or auto will be there.Food: Okay okay, but as they uses Clarks branding it is not more than 2star.Will only say unworthy staying as they charged. Completely waste of money.

the very poor experience I had during my stay at your hotel.’ I ordered food, but it was delivered after 45 minutes, and that too during the winter season, the food was completely cold. Because of this, I did not eat the food at all and left it in the room.’ I informed the staff about this issue at the time of checkout, but no action or update was given to me. Despite this, I was asked to make full payment.Room No: 214Bill Amount: ’1035’ Even after making the payment, I had to wait for almost 1 hour at checkout just to receive the invoice copy.’ I also noticed that at least one more customer faced similar issues during the same time.Additionally, during my stay:’ I called the reception multiple times requesting a slipper, but it took almost 1 to 1.5 hours for your staff to provide a single slipper.’ If required, this can be verified through hotel CCTV footage.Overall, this was an extremely bad experience. The service, response, and hospitality standards were highly disappointing. Honestly, the experience was so poor that I even feel uncomfortable explaining it in detail.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were polite and responsive, always ready to help with a smile.The location is convenient, and basic amenities were available as expected. While there’s room for small improvements, the experience was smooth and satisfying.A good choice for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and value for money.

This resort in Ajmer is a beautiful place to stay, especially if you like big and grand properties. The entire resort feels royal and classy, with a European-style ambience. Right at the entrance, there is a small display of vintage cars and trucks, which adds a unique charm to the place.The property is very spacious, and the restaurant is located in a separate building, which makes the experience even better. My room was extremely large and very comfortable. It also had a jacuzzi inside a glass cabin, which felt quite luxurious.The staff was very supportive and helpful throughout my stay. I stopped here while travelling from Kumbhalgarh to Noida, and it turned out to be a perfect break during the journey. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a grand stay.

We visited Clark Resort for a family holiday trip. The room was not very clean and had a bad smell. The restaurant service was also not good. Although the resort looks nice and has a historic feel, and the reception staff were good and cooperative, our overall experience was disappointing. If we ever plan another visit, we would say never, because the experience was not very good.
