Hotel Najaf Palace

Located near delhi gate, we have booked 2 delux tripple bed room, the rooms were spacious and neat and clean bathroom, however, room service is pathetic. AC and geyser are turned off via main switch at the reception, to use everytime you have to call them, despite multiple calls for drinking water, we didnt get, one room has electric kettle and one didnt, kettle was dirty, none of the remotes were working(ac/tv) when we asked for replacement, staff said its like that only, we do not have any spares or batteries. Consider other options!

We booked two deluxe triple bedrooms near Delhi Gate. The rooms were spacious with clean bathrooms, but the room service was very poor. The AC and geyser are controlled by a main switch at reception, so you have to call them every time to turn them on. Despite several requests, we never received drinking water. One room had an electric kettle, which was dirty, while the other did not have one. None of the remotes for AC or TV worked, and when we asked for replacements, the staff said that's just how it is and they had no spares or batteries. I suggest looking for other options.

Wrost hotel for couples and wrost experience

My stay at Hotel Najaf Palace, Ajmer was enjoyable. The rooms were tidy and cozy, and the staff was courteous and supportive. The service overall met my expectations, and I was happy with my experience. The only problem was the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable. Other than that, everything was great. I would suggest this hotel to others. Thanks, Firoz Khan
