**Very disappointing experience ’ poor customer service**I called Hotel Plaza Inn, Ajmer after seeing a much lower price for the property on MakeMyTrip. I was genuinely surprised when I was quoted almost **double the online price** over the phone.What made the experience even worse was the way the staff spoke to me. Instead of politely explaining the price difference or offering a reasonable clarification, the conversation was handled in a very rude and unprofessional manner.I ultimately rejected the option because **price is not everything** when choosing a hotel. The attitude and professionalism of the staff matter just as much. A hotel can have a good location or attractive pricing, but if potential guests are treated disrespectfully, it completely ruins the experience.I am writing this review specifically to **bring this matter to the owner's attention**. I sincerely hope the owner is not aware of how customers are being spoken to and that this is not the standard expected at the property. I would like to believe that the owner himself would treat a potential guest with more courtesy and professionalism and may not even be aware of this particular incident.Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would **not recommend Hotel Plaza Inn, Ajmer**, and I will not consider staying there in the future. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and looks into how staff communicate with customers.
