One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. 1. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was questionable, and the overall experience was nowhere near what was promised. 2. The staff were unhelpful, basic requests took forever, and the service was disappointing from start to finish.3. The plumbing in bathroom was broken 4. There were no towels 5. There were no soap or shampoo 6. There was no running water7. There was no hot water8. Telephone not working 9. Unsafe methods provided for heating water10. Worst of all staff was arrogant and unhelpful. The facilities felt neglected, the room lacked proper upkeep, and there was very little attention to detail.Definitely not a place I would recommend. Save your money and stay somewhere else.In my opinion, Agoda should drop their name from the list of hotels being offered.

It seems like the rooms were closed for long time as there were cockroaches. They opened one room for us and it was full of cockroaches , luckily they gave another room instantly, which had cockroaches as well but those were minimal in numbers as compared to what we first saw. The cleanliness wasn't proper, no bathing soaps or shower gel were there , the bedsheets, pillow covers were stained and hasn't been cleaned properly, lot of stains here and there in the room , no dustbin in the room as well.
