We were there at the given time and no one was there to guide through the parking or anything. We waited a long time,blew horn but no response was given. No one was there to receive us not even at the parking.Later during the,someone contacted us regarding the stay and when we told him about our problem,he straightforwardly said that we should have come to the reception,when there was no one to guide us to it.Have stayed at Clarks in other states but this was by far the worst experience with the property. Will surely never recommend this particular property to anyone I know. I booked it after viewing all the reviews and ratings but not worth it.
Worst
My experience at Clarks Resort Ajmer was quite disappointing. The food quality was very low, and it took about 40–45 minutes for our order to be prepared. Despite the long wait, the chapatis were served cold. Both the service and food quality did not meet the standards expected from a resort of this caliber. I would not suggest this place to others and do not plan to return.
