My experience at Clarks Resort Ajmer was quite disappointing. The food quality was very low, and it took about 40–45 minutes for our order to be prepared. Despite the long wait, the chapatis were served cold. Both the service and food quality did not meet the standards expected from a resort of this caliber. I would not suggest this place to others and do not plan to return.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026हमने 4 जुलाई 2026 को "Clarks & Resorts - The Archis Castle Ajmer" में एक कॉर्पोरेट इवेंट रखा था, जो हमारे लिए सबसे खराब अनुभव साबित हुआ। होटल बड़े-बड़े दावे करता है, लेकिन बुनियादी सुविधाएं देने में पूरी तरह फेल रहा। कुछ मुख्य शिकायतें इस प्रकार हैं: - झूठा वादा (वैले पार्किंग): हर जगह लिखा था कि 'Valet Parking' उपलब्ध है, लेकिन जब मेहमान पहुंचे तो वैले सर्विस नहीं थी। सभी को खुद पार्किंग की समस्या झेलनी पड़ी। - बिजली और लिफ्ट की समस्या: इवेंट के दौरान बार-बार बिजली चली जाती रही, जिससे कार्यक्रम में रुकावट आई। होटल की लिफ्ट भी काम नहीं कर रही थी, जिससे मेहमानों और टीम को सीढ़ियों का इस्तेमाल करना पड़ा। - कमरों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी: पीने के लिए RO पानी तक उपलब्ध नहीं था। कमरे में स्लिपर्स, टूथपेस्ट और ब्रश जैसी जरूरी चीजें भी नहीं थीं। - खराब खाना और रेस्टोरेंट स्टाफ: खाने की क्वालिटी बहुत खराब थी। रेस्टोरेंट स्टाफ गैर-जिम्मेदार था; जब उनसे कुछ पूछा जाता तो वे जवाब दिए बिना अनदेखा कर देते थे। - गैर-जिम्मेदाराना व्यवहार: पूरे स्टाफ और मैनेजमेंट का रवैया बहुत अनप्रोफेशनल और लापरवाह था। इतनी दिक्कतों के बाद भी कोई जिम्मेदारी लेने या मदद करने को तैयार नहीं था। इस होटल ने हमारे पैसे बर्बाद कर दिए और कॉर्पोरेट इवेंट का अनुभव खराब कर दिया।
