Despite what is said online, this place definitely does not meet European cleanliness standards (our room hadn't been cleaned for a while). The rooms differ from the photos (walls have large stains and peeling plaster). The staff were quite unfriendly and added an extra "tax" charge.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Elite Choice in Ajmer. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-kept. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the service overall was outstanding. Everything went smoothly and I enjoyed my time there. What stood out most was the staff's honesty and commitment. I accidentally left my sling bag in Room 406, which had my wallet, a backup phone, and cash. When I noticed, I hurried back using the lift, but a staff member saw the bag and ran down the stairs from the fourth floor to the ground floor to return it before I left. By the time I got back, he was already at the ground floor with my bag. Such honesty, responsibility, and care for guests is rare and deserves special praise. Many thanks to the whole Hotel Elite Choice team for making my stay so pleasant and worry-free. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I visit Ajmer.

Our experience at Hotel Elite Choice in Ajmer was terrible. We paid nearly ₹4,000 expecting a premium hotel near Dargah Sharif, but it was a total disappointment. The staff were very unprofessional, often arguing with guests and acting rudely instead of helping. From the moment we checked in, the room was dirty and uncleaned. The bedsheets were stained, the AC was broken, there was no hot water, and the bathroom drain was blocked. When we requested clean bedsheets, the staff responded with attitude and arguments. None of our complaints were addressed during our stay. Additionally, they pressured us to check out starting at 8:00 AM by repeatedly calling our room, even though checkout was officially at 1:00 PM. They justified this by saying we checked in early at 9:00 AM instead of 11:00 AM, ignoring that early check-in is advertised as a guest service. To make matters worse, they turned off the elevators and AC from the main switch near reception to save electricity. This hotel is a scam run by rude and cheap people. Don't be misled by its location near the Dargah—avoid this place if you don't want to be unhappy and harassed.
