Despite this, I was charged again for the same order. When I raised the issue, the staff member flatly denied it, and the management failed to take any action or resolve the matter.This reflects serious lapses in staff integrity, billing transparency, and management oversight. The lack of accountability was shocking and made the experience feel dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this hotel and urge future guests to carefully verify all charges before checkout to avoid being overcharged.
