’(1/5)I stayed at Hotel New Sundaram, Ajmer for 4 days, but due to poor service I had to check out after only 2 days. Despite leaving early, no refund was provided.The room cleaning service was very poor as nobody came to clean the room. The restaurant staff rarely answered calls, making it difficult to order anything. The behavior of the staff was also disappointing and unprofessional. Even the AC was not being operated properly, which made the stay uncomfortable.I also noticed issues with the restaurant billing. The food charges seemed higher than expected, so guests should carefully check their bills before making payment.Overall, my experience was not satisfactory. I hope the management improves its customer service and hospitality standards in the future.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are much better options available in Ajmer. Please consider other hotels before booking here.

Hotel New Sundaram - Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable ExperienceI ordered food from the hotel restaurant and paid the staff member who delivered it to my room. Despite this, I was charged again for the same order. When I raised the issue, the staff member flatly denied it, and the management failed to take any action or resolve the matter.This reflects serious lapses in staff integrity, billing transparency, and management oversight. The lack of accountability was shocking and made the experience feel dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this hotel and urge future guests to carefully verify all charges before checkout to avoid being overcharged.
