I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent booking at [Hotel Name]. The room provided to me completely contradicts the amenities advertised on your platform, amounting to a fraudulent service.According to my booking details, the room was explicitly listed as having an Air Conditioner. However, upon arrival, the hotel management claimed that my booking was for a "Double Fan" room. They argued that "Double Fan" is simply the name of the room category, despite the fine print clearly promising air conditioning.Furthermore, the actual room provided was extremely small and did not even have the promised double fans—only a single fan was installed. The room also completely lacks any outside windows or ventilation.To make matters worse, the service has been appalling. For the past two days, the hotel has failed to provide basic drinking water, and no housekeeping or cleaning services have been provided.This is a clear case of bait-and-switch advertising and severe negligence. I request you to look into this matter immediately and arrange for either a room upgrade as per my original booking or a full refund for this sub-standard experience.
