Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer

This is professional and not personalisation of our hotel reviews as club 100 owners of Wyndham we had visited Ajimer for the first time and had a the chance to stay in this property. The reception team was not at all welcoming . They were not professional in what they were supposed to do. The team doesn’t know most of the stuff and what is happening in the property. We being New Zealanders we were charged a normal as to be on prices for the same food and service. We say we don’t have racism but this was a clear example. The property is beautiful but needs a lot of maintenance and hositality services. The rooms were spacious, but needs maintenance and renovation, had a musty smell .To get a cup of coffee with alternative milk was challenging and no one had any clue. Would recommend this property for its location and beauty. Stay and service hope you get lucky. We booked this hotel for 2 days (2 rooms), but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.The property is old and poorly maintained. The staff is not supportive, and the service quality is below expectations. At times, the staff behavior felt unprofessional, as if they were not focused on guest satisfaction. It seemed their priority was more about making extra charges rather than providing good service.The night staff and housekeeping were also not helpful. We were initially allotted two rooms with major issues ’ one room had a non-working AC, and in the other, the AC blower was making loud noise like a machine. Due to this, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable.Food was average (just okay).Overall, it was a totally disappointing stay and not value for money. In my opinion, the room pricing does not justify the condition and service of the hotel.Final Verdict:Totally disappointedNot value for moneyBetter to find other optionsRating: ’ 1 / 5

We recently hosted a wedding here, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is a perfect venue for marriage functions its spacious, beautifully maintained, and very well organised.The staff was extremely cooperative, professional, and from arrangements to hospitality, everything was managed with great care.A perfect place for weddings and family celebrations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed venue to host their special occasions.

Had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer. The service was excellent, staff were very polite and professional, and the rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and the overall infrastructure of the hotel is impressive, specially one of there restaurant named *Aqua Grill*. Truly a great hospitality experience ’ definitely a 10/10 stay.

We booked Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer for my friend’s wedding on 18’19 February 2026, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is very luxurious and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable.The food was excellent and all the staff members were extremely polite, cooperative, and supportive throughout the event. Their service and coordination were truly impressive, which made the wedding function smooth and enjoyable for everyone.Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this property for weddings, events, or even a stay. If you are planning something special, do visit Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer at least once.
