Hotel Fortune Plaza

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property falls far below even basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality. The rooms were poorly maintained, with unacceptable levels of cleanliness. The bathroom hygiene was extremely poor, and even the bed and linens did not appear to be clean, making the stay highly uncomfortable.What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the reception staff, particularly Mr. Vishal Ramawat. From check-in to check-out, he, along with other staff members, displayed an unprofessional, rude, and discourteous attitude. There was no willingness to assist guests or address concerns, which reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management and customer service standards.I travel frequently and have stayed at numerous hotels, but this has been one of the worst experiences by far. I am genuinely surprised that a property with such poor standards is listed on MakeMyTrip. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel, as it fails on almost every parameter, including cleanliness, hygiene, service, and overall guest experience.

This place is not suitable for official stays; the hotel does not provide valid bills, nor does it record the guests' details on them. While the rooms are decent, room service and maintenance are very poor; I even had to deal with a cockroach infestation in my room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone. Highly recommend!"

Review for Hotel Fortune Plaza, AjmerI recently visited Hotel Fortune Plaza in Ajmer and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I had chosen this hotel based on my previous stay in 2019, when I had received excellent hospitality and the food quality was very good. Unfortunately, this time the hotel has declined drastically, and I felt completely embarrassed by the condition and service.The service at the hotel is very poor and below average. The kitchen service was extremely slow, and the food taste was the worst. Because of the poor quality and taste of the food, I had to go out and have dinner at an adjacent hotel instead.The bedsheets were in very bad condition ’ old, stained, and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, I spotted a cockroach in my room, which was shocking and unacceptable.There was no warm water available, and the WiFi was not working at all. Every time I asked the staff for warm water or to fix the WiFi, they would casually reply, ’15 minute aap tap on rakhiye, uske baad garam paani ayega’ or ’WiFi mein issue hai, kal tak theek ho jayega.’ These promises were never fulfilled.One particularly frustrating incident happened around 12 AM when I needed a water bottle. I called the kitchen multiple times, but no one picked up. I then called the reception, and the person assured me the bottle would reach my room in 5 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, I called again and got the same reply. Finally, I had to go down to the reception myself. The staff member, who was busy on his phone, told me he would bring one bottle and claimed he had already asked the kitchen person to deliver it. It was clear that basic requests were being ignored.Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Fortune Plaza to anyone. The drastic decline in service, unhygienic conditions, non-functional amenities, and unresponsive staff made my stay extremely uncomfortable. It is sad to see how much the hotel has deteriorated since 2019.
