Worst experience, the staff is such a nonsense that despite of booking prior with prepaid, the reception lady made me sit for almost 25 mins for no reason, after that she handed over the keys to me when I entered the room it was uncleaned and used by other traveller, I at once reported at reception and asked her to change the room, she didn't even apologize for such a huge mistake and again took next 10 mins to provide another room. This just doesn't end here, we informed at reception after an hour in person that TV is not working kindly look into it and even the landline in room isn't working and also there are no numbers mentioned how to call and all, that time some male staff was there he said within 5 mins we are sending the room service , but the entire noon, evening passed no one came. We went for dinner as it was included in our booking, there was no buffet, just a very short menu to order, anyway the trainee boy was the only one good among the whole staff, he served us well and even arranged someone to look into the TV matter. Another issue, the cups placed in mini bar were used by someone else and were clearly having coffee stains and they kept it without cleaning it, the list doesn't end here, during breakfast time whenever the staff see some guest is coming they will hide themselves and won't serve anyone, first day it was quite OK the next day as the guests were very low, they served the previous day idli sambhar, and the lady working there for breakfast buffet, didn't even see the arrangements, there were no cups for coffee or tea, there were no mini plates for fruit and salad, there was no one to toast the bread, when asked for the coffee the lady brought the cup without the saucer. Really the worst and worst of all hotels. Don't just go on pictures and location, staff is really lazy and don't care for customers, u need to manage everything on your own despite of paying a hefty amount as their charges. I am thinking to take legal action against them.

Great location! The hotel is right in front of the bus stand, so autos are always available. The railway station is also nearby. The wide road in front makes it easy for taxis and cars to access and park. Overall, a good experience 👍

I took the stay for business visit purpose and found the property Good for Business and Personal stay. It is highly recommendable.

It is not a 4 Star property as projected. The accommodation is a little cramped. Though being a new property, it is neat and clean. Staff is courteous and cooperative.

Staff bluntly declined my request of late checkout by 1 hour saying 'no sir our policy says 11 am checkout and we follow it. then he said if you give 600 Rs then you can CO at 3 PM." that means he could allowed me to CO by 12PM but he didn't which I didn't like.
