Staffs are not good. One friendly manager behaved very badly. When we asked him where to write feedback form. He shouted at me and said "ese upar niche hota hai, ap adjust karo".HIS NAME is Hitesh. I called for room clean thrice physically and through extension phone. When i aske him he shoutedat me and was very angry. Is this way to behave a female guest. I think He has not trained properly. He sitting day time at Reception. I mentioned his name. He is Hitesh.
