Great property to stay for individuals and family
This is an old property and having lots of maintenance issues. We booked 2 rooms. In my room, we didn't had hot water, they came to repair it several times, but issues wasn't resolved. They ruined bathmat and bathroom floor while they can along with shoes to repair, and no one came to clean it later. In the other room fan was making weird noise, when we complaint, the technician started to give excuses. They didn't fix the fans too. Sofas, chairs, furniture were very dirty, looks very old. In the same cost I was expecting better service and experience. Breakfast was OKAY, but staff was very humble and cooperative. Coffee was made of instant coffee powder they don't have fresh coffee beans. I am specifically writing this because you get an idea the level of quality. Location : Pushkar is 15 mins aware from here, and Dargah is more than 30 minutes away (5 km around), and has heavy traffic in the way.
Front desk Staff not supported me well. Other things including hotel stay was fantastic. Location is not good, but rear view was fascinating. Can't book ola/uber door step-big issue.
