The stay was good overall, though it does not quite match a 5-star standard. I would rate it as a comfortable 3-star property.Cons:1. Lighting inside the room or even in the surroundings, was very poor.2. Both the food and the stay felt priced on the higher side.3. Hot water in the washrooms runs on a solar system, which takes considerable time. Even then, the water was only lukewarm, not properly hot.4. Considering the tariff, it would have been nice to have some in-house activities or a bonfire included.5. Considering the cold weather, they could have provided some heating arrangement inside the room which would have enhanced comfort. It was too cold that we were not able to get a proper sleep.Pros:1.The property is located near the market, desert safari, and other activity spots.2. Surrounded by lush green farms and greenery, making the environment peaceful and refreshing.

The location of the property is decent and easy to reach; however, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the price paid.The rooms are very small, especially for a family stay. The quartet/family room size is surprisingly cramped, yet the property charges a hefty amount of around ’12,000 + GST per night, which feels completely unjustified given the quality of services offered.Before traveling from Gurugram to Pushkar, I had specifically called the property to confirm if a bonfire could be arranged near our room, and I was clearly told it would be possible. However, upon arrival, the staff first informed us that the bonfire would be chargeable at ’1,200 + GST for 2’3 hours, which itself was not mentioned earlier. Later, they outright refused to provide the bonfire near the room, stating it is not allowed in clustered areas’despite there being an open lawn and garden space nearby. This was a major letdown, especially since we were traveling with kids and the poolside lawn was very far from our allotted rooms.To make matters worse, when we requested to at least sit near the bonfire area with our own drinks, the staff denied this as well, stating that outside drinks are not allowed. This completely defeated the purpose of planning a relaxing family holiday and felt like a total waste of time and effort.The breakfast was by far the worst part of the stay. It was honestly one of the saddest breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel. There were barely 2’3 food items, and they were cold, stale, and extremely poor in quality. For a property charging this much, the food standards were shockingly low. There was no Cutlery on tables and when asked they just gave put in on table without any tissues or napkin. Zero hygiene was considered. Sharing the pic of puri. The thickest and uncooked puri. Poha was cold and last idli was dried and cooked. Total these three items were there only in the five star price and that too so bad. On the top of it, they cooked omelette and pancakes well in advance and put in serving area, I mean who pre cooks these two items’?? Bullshit experience.Overall, apart from the location, nothing met expectations. Poor communication, misleading commitments, restrictive policies, substandard food, and overpriced rooms made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this property, especially for families.

Great location and an amazing property just because of the open space they have. Quite cut off from the town and peaceful Lots of places for kids to play.However, the property needs better maintenance. We had issues with basic things like hot water etc. Also, the rooms can be painted and better maintained.Restaurant and food were very okayish. The breakfast buffet was limited by tasted fine.Overall, they have a great property and location but can do better to attract more guests. We were staying during the peak season but I think the hotel was not half occupied.
