Club Mahindra Acacia, Goa

Our family recently enjoyed a positive experience at this establishment. The all-female staff exhibited exceptional professionalism, demonstrating kindness and attentiveness. The team engaged with our children in a friendly and entertaining manner. The culinary offerings were excellent, and the restaurant's aesthetic was pleasing. The resort provided various on-site activities for all ages, including a dedicated bar. The overall privacy, safety, and ambiance of the resort were commendable. Furthermore, the beach was conveniently located, approximately a five-minute walk away, with numerous off-site activities available.However, we noted two areas for improvement. The lack of secure, on-site parking for private vehicles raised some concerns. Additionally, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, with issues related to cleanliness and pest control, particularly in the early morning.

Am a club mahindra member and have visited all their resorts across india for last 25 years ..1. Rooms are not that great - door lock ( electronic) gets demagnitised and you have to run to reception multiple times...2. Room service is pathetically slow and expensive3. They made us prebook buffe and later told us a strange thing, buffe wont be displayed but served at table based on a menu - they charge a whooping 1200+ taxes and this is the way they treat paying customers4. travel desk is another fast job, its outsourced and there is zero control You can as well take a cab outside the gats - its the same given with higher rates inside5. There are no fun activities planned except on paper6. Only one ice hocky, snooker, carromboard and chess PERIOD7. Hotel folks are all ladies from guard to janitor - very nice and friendly. Even resort manager was available - a great plus in CMH where you wont get to talk or meet resort managers8. if you are a non club mahindra member booking through anyone - remember you are cheating the existing 80K+ members off an paid opportunity because management has decided to fraudulently rent it out to you. You were never meant to be inside this facility - the truth and curse would befal you.

For an opportunity to use this club Mahindra property for 3 nights from 10/20 to 12/10/2025. Located just less than 200 meters from colva beach in Goa. As part of women empowerment, this facility is being managed by women, including security staff.Restaurent food quality is just superb.Courteous staff.

My stay at Club Mahindra Acacia Palms was truly memorable. The property has a beautiful and relaxing vibe, perfect for a peaceful vacation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and always ready to help, making the experience even better. The food served at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety to choose from. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a perfect holiday. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating and patient to our needs. Quick to respond to queries. The property is old, but extremely clean at all times. The pool is a single lane 15m length pool. Some rooms are being renovated. Good parking area and easy access to the beach.
