Terrible Service , we stayed at one of the rooms and we had informed them to clean our room around 8 o'clock and gave the key.They told that room service starts at 14 o'clock so we waited and then told them at that time. We had gone out to one of the beaches and we came back to see the room untouched and it was not clean even thought we had asked them regarding it if it was clean or not and they had replied yes very confidently.Dear Club Mahindra, please take this into understanding

Very disappointing experience at Club Mahindra Dwarka.The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, but our room was not ready and we finally received it only at 3:45 PM. After a long and tiring journey, having to wait almost 1 hour 45 minutes for the room was extremely frustrating.We had booked a 1BR apartment expecting comfortable accommodation for the family. However, the bed provided in the hall was merely a sofa-cum-bed that felt like a thin mattress placed on the floor. It was highly uncomfortable and not what we expected from a premium resort.For the price charged and the reputation of the brand, better room readiness and sleeping arrangements should be ensured. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations.

I recently stayed at Club Mahindra Dwarka for three nights from 3rd to 6th May, and while the property has potential, the overall experience unfortunately fell short of what one expects from the Club Mahindra brand.What went well:The property itself is decent and spacious, located away from the city, which gives it a peaceful setting. The swimming pool is large, and the rooms are reasonably comfortable, though nothing exceptional.Overall, the infrastructure is acceptable but does not stand out as premium.What did not go well:Right from the beginning, the experience lacked warmth and professionalism. There was no pre-arrival call or inquiry to understand our arrival time, which is quite basic for a hospitality brand like Club Mahindra.The staff appeared very young and inadequately trained, especially when it came to welcoming guests or even acknowledging them when they entered the property. The lack of basic greetings and guest engagement was clearly noticeable.The recreation room was only for name’s sake, offering very limited engagement or upkeep.At the swimming pool, hygiene and discipline were concerning. The water had excessive chlorine, making it uncomfortable. Guests were freely entering the pool without proper swimwear, some even straight from high tea by the poolside without washing their hands, and there was no staff intervention or supervision to maintain basic pool etiquette or hygiene standards.Restaurant experience:While the food taste was generally good, the service and communication at the restaurant showed a serious lack of empathy and product knowledge.We specifically asked whether they could bake a good pizza. The waiter confidently confirmed that they usually serve good pizzas. However, when the pizza arrived, it was completely unbaked and raw. Upon questioning, the waiter said this generally doesn’t happen and offered to remake it. We clearly requested a remake only if it could be done properly.Unfortunately, the second pizza was also unbaked and completely unconsumable. After settling the bill, we requested to speak to the chef. The chef candidly admitted that they do not have a pizza oven and instead use alternative methods, which often do not work well for pizzas. This honestly should have been communicated upfront, rather than setting incorrect expectations.Overall impression:This stay did not feel like a Club Mahindra experience. It felt more like a regular commercial hotel, lacking the warmth, engagement, and premium service that members pay for and associate with the brand. Club Mahindra has traditionally stood for family-friendly hospitality and curated experiences, and unfortunately, this property did not live up to that promise.With better staff training, improved hygiene enforcement, honest communication, and stronger service culture, the experience here could improve significantly. As of now, it was disappointing, especially considering the premium associated with Club Mahindra memberships.
