Club Mahindra Kanatal

We visited this resort last week and found our visit a memorable one. The resort is properly maintained and to my satisfaction the staff is very efficient and it seems are properly trained to cater to the needs of the guests.I would like to start with to mention a few names who truly impressed us with their excellent services. One Abhijeet Yadav was courteous and smart enough to guide us for choosing the food items which could be served fast.Ankita from the Happy Hub was extremely helpful when we went to play a few games, she also accompanied us in the morning for a tracking.It was a memorable experience due to her important inputs. Ratan from housekeeping and update ensured that the rooms are always usable.Mr Devendra, from message and spa was well trained and gave a good service.A particular mention to Vasundhara from the reception whose mannerisms and a service with smile truly impressed us all.The place has breathtaking views all over. Cleanliness everywhere also gave us a soothing experience. Very well done Mahindra.

Resort quite good location wise, kaudia eco jungle forest just opposite to itSo location 5/5Service is ok. Breakfast and dinner timings are 7.30 am and pm respectively but by 8 total display hardly takes place. No one bothers about time.Rooms 4/5. They provide drinking water in Milton jug. No water bottles. I stayed for 2 days,when room cleaning person came he did not check whether it's filled or empty or requires cleaning.No dental kit or any other complementary kits that are now available in almost all 4/5* resorts and they take pride in not providing itOverall average experience. Certain items food taste was good,some okAnd book your meals in advance, pricing is on higher side

Had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Kanatal. Rooms are good and service was great ’? Loved the Food and Ambience ’? Staff was very loving and helpful.Special thanks to resort manager Mr Brijmohan for takong an extra mile to help us in everything starting from getting the right room to assisting in travel plan. Most importantly providing the family like support for medical need.Also thanks to Mr Anil travel desk in charge. He provided us with a brand new vehicle and patient driver ensuring we had a smooth and safe travel.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kanatal.DONT MISS THE VIEW OF THE VALLEY FROM THEIR VIEWING DECK....BOTH AT MORNING AND IN THE EVENING. ITS SIMPLY BREATHTAKING ’? ’’

Had a wonderful time during our stay recently. Hospitality was excellent! At the dining room Sundar gave us excellent service, chef Vivek was too good to be true. Suraj ji the house keeping person was extremely courteous. Infact every one made u feel so comfortable! Must stay for anyone who is looking for peaceful surroundings and great hospitality!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
