This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. There is practically no management, no proper staff, no cleanliness, no accountability, and no honesty. Most of the details and facilities advertised/listed for this property appear to be completely misleading.I had prepaid and booked rooms in advance, but when I arrived, I was told that the rooms were not available because they had apparently been given to other walk-in guests. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the hotel simply expected me to “understand” that they had no rooms. All of these excuses and discussions were handled over the phone because there was barely any proper management available at the property.The basic facilities were also completely unacceptable:- No reliable Wi-Fi- No proper water supply- Power supply issues- No proper cleanliness- No functioning management- No proper staff or responsible person available- No proper security or room access controlEventually, they gave me a room with a small bed, but there was no refund or compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience. Worse, the room could not even be properly locked. When I asked for a key or requested help from management, the response was essentially that this is what they have and that I should keep the room open. That is completely unacceptable for a hotel.The water situation was another disaster. In the morning, the tank was empty and there was nobody available at the hotel to manage the situation. I was told that I could simply turn the water system on myself, as if I were managing my own house. Even after doing that, there was no hot water.There were also serious privacy and security concerns. Hotel staff entered rooms in guests' absence under the excuse of cleaning. Staff should never enter an occupied guest's room without proper authorization or notification. Their attitude gave the impression that they could simply enter whenever they wanted.There are no proper management levels, no accountability, and no willingness to solve problems. Every issue is met with an excuse or a “this is what we have” attitude.I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Good- AC, commod, flush, sleeping material. Hot water geyser very good.Unclean - wash basin.Shower was not working.

Room was plain but tidy. Staff were polite and made us feel welcome.
