Very disappointing stay. The washrooms were dirty, the flush wasn’t working, and even the ACs were not functioning properly. There was no electricity backup, which made the experience even worse. Blankets and bedsheets were dirty and had a bad smell.On top of that, the receptionist Neelam was extremely unprofessional and seemed to have no understanding of basic hospitality or customer handling. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not recommended.
