बहुत ही गंदा रूम था बेडशीट गंदा था दाग़ लगा था रूम के डस्टबीन में निरोध पड़ा हुआ था बहुत ही बेकार अनुभव रहा इतना गंदगी था न कोई स्टाफ सुनने वाला मै बहुत पछता रहा था इसको बुक करके ।
We had booked 2 rooms on the Ixigo app in Greater Noida Super Collection O Surajpur but we did not get any service in the hotel. On 19 and 20 August, 4 people were sleeping in 1 room and today, 21 August, 4 people were sleeping in 1 room and the room was not cleaned even once for 3 days. There was no service from the hotel staff either. The experience of these 3 days was very bad. so I will not tell any friends or anyone else to go to this hotel.
