I am writing in reference to my recent booking at Crystal Bay Baga, and the case I have opened regarding this property. I am requesting your assistance with a refund, as the hotel did not match its online description and was extremely uncomfortable to stay in.We checked into the property at approximately 9:00 PM. From the beginning, the experience was disappointing. The person at the reception appeared doubtful about our arrival, which felt unprofessional. The property consists of only a single small building, with the reception located directly at the main entrance. There is no lobby or waiting area.The room provided was very small and lacked basic amenities. There were no toiletries, no geyser for hot water, no telephone in the room to contact staff, and no lift in the building, which was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking. The room door only had a basic lock-and-key mechanism, which did not feel secure. When we came downstairs to speak with the staff regarding these issues, there was no one available at the reception.Due to the lack of basic facilities, absence of staff support, and the overall uncomfortable environment, we did not feel at ease staying at the property. As a result, we were forced to leave Crystal Bay Baga and arrange alternate accommodation at around 11:00 PM, incurring additional expenses late at night.I have attached photos and videos clearly showing the actual condition of the room, reception area, door lock, and the lack of basic amenities for your reference. These demonstrate that the property was significantly different from what was presented online.Given the circumstances, I kindly request Agoda’s support in processing a refund for this booking at Crystal Bay Baga. I look forward to a fair resolution.
Even with low price comparisons, its not same as photos No cleaning, they don’t change bedsheet after checkout, they just give room to next booking like that.Too much weird experience If you are couple, don’t go there
Best hotel ever. This hotel is near to beach also in bathroom there's hot water facilitie and the bathroom is big. In this hotel has a balcony with lightning so you can sit with your hubby and do party. The badsheet is so soft.
