Staff shortage, Ac not working in room 😔
Staff is very good & polite.Food is excellent.
1) a lot of activities mentioned online are missing upon arrival No cycling, no go karting available 2) items mentioned in menu but not available in the kitchen. 3) very much congested washroom space no proper planning. Bathtub dirty 4) the fridge in the room or like they say mini glove box is just useless, it doesn’t even get chilled and upon confronting the waiters they just said it’s like this only. So if we are paying 5k without any food included we expect basic facilities to be up to the mark. 5) they gave us a couple a joint room attached with a door in between both the rooms, and they weren’t ready to change it and provide us a single room upon multiple back n forth conversation they gave us the single room. They weren’t ready to give bcz apparently it was not clean yet and mind u we checked in at 5 as it was a late check in and they know we were arriving yet they were least bothered to look upon the privacy and comfort of the guest and just giving what is available we had to wait for extra 15-20 mins for them to clean. Food cooked was decent. Overall rating 4/10There are better property available in this range.
