Important Notes :
1. Minors (below 18) are not allowed to stay at our hostels (both in dorms and private rooms) even when accompanied by legal guardians
2. You may bring your pets (only in private rooms) at a fixed charge of INR 500 per day for each pet. Only 1 pet per room is allowed
3. Requisite licenses are awaited at (Palampur, Alleppey, Pondicherry, Goa Calangute, Goa Baga) properties so we are unable to host foreign guests only at these properties, at this time
4. We believe in reducing the carbon footprint, hence we enforce green hours (non-AC) from 12pm to 8pm in the dorms
5. Guests can get additional facilities including heater and laundry service (in select properties) for an extra fee. Reach out to the reception desk at your respective hostel for more details.
6. We don't provide toiletries to the guests. Please carry your own for personal use
7. Parking space is limited at our hostels and also may not be available. You can get in touch with the ground staff if you need an alternative parking space nearby.
8. We encourage the guests to practice self-service at the hostel wherever possible.
9. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in common areas At Pushkar and Rishikesh (Lakshman Jhula) hostels, consumption of alcohol is not allowed at all.
10. We provide free Wi-Fi at all our hostels (up to 1.5GB per user per day)
11. No-Show (If you don't arrive or stay at the property on your confirmed reservation) and Early departure (if you depart prior to your original departure date) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
12. Please note that guests are required to produce valid ID proof at the time of check-in. Foreign guests need to produce a valid passport with a visa whereas Indian guests need to produce a valid Government approved ID. PAN cards will not be considered as proof. For Pakistani citizens, an additional residence permit letter from the High Commission of Islamabad is also mandatory for check-in.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
