Terrible location and terrible service; what I got was completely different from what was shown.

After checking in, the young men standing at the reception didn't even have the basic manners to speak properly. This hotel is located within the lanes, away from the location that was displayed. They charged so much for breakfast, yet the aloo parathas served in the morning were burnt—the kind you’d get from a roadside street vendor. Neither sweets nor coffee nor butter is provided with potato parantha. There is absolutely no way this compares to hotel services; the service was worse than even a 1-star or 2-star establishment. I will recover the cost; upon entering the hotel and seeing the room, the facilities were not up to the mark. The fan in the room wasn't working, so I was given another room; I had been shown a deluxe room, but what I actually got felt like something out of a really low-class hotel. Totally fake services, fake rooms, and a zero-star rating from my side.
