This is my tip to the management teach your front office staff to be polite courteous and smiling.They and you are in field if hospitality not in Diplomatic services.The lady sitting on front office is just so expressionLess and no hospitality et all.

Overall have received a excellent service . I had a stay for almost 1 week and the staffs have done a great job . Specially at the reception Ms. Prerna and Ms. Kalpna done a wonderful check in and also asked for feedback or any suggestion which I want to give . Overall I will highly recommend this hotel .

Excellent service, i stayed for around 12 days, and i found this stay perfect!! The staff is great, cleaning is also top notch, restaurant food is also amazing!! Highly recommend this one.Kalpana & prerna, at reception, and Upendra are doing a wonderful job at Fortune, sector 27, Noida.
