We had a wonderful stay at Gaj Kesri, Bikaner by 7 Apple during our trip in March 2026 and overall, it was a very pleasant experience for our family.The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Although it is located a little farther from the city centre, we actually appreciated the quiet surroundings, fresh air and the absence of city traffic and noise pollution. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a calm getaway.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and courteous staff. A special thank you to the hotel team for surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable and greatly appreciated.One of our favourite parts of the stay was the welcome drink, it was absolutely refreshing and one of the best we have had. It was a lovely way to begin our stay.The breakfast was good, offering a satisfying selection to start the day. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently polite, helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we were comfortable.The hotel is clean, well maintained and surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. It is an excellent choice for families with children who are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the city's crowds.The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. While they were generally acceptable, a little more attention to detail would make the overall experience even better.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt that the hospitality and peaceful ambience made it well worth the visit. I recently stayed at Gaj Kesri Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax.’Beyond the stay, the on-site restaurant Poli was a real highlight. The food was delicious with authentic flavors, but what truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures that made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and even better food.

We stayed in Room 221 while attending a wedding at the property. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The DJs were set up right next to the guest rooms, and the noise was extremely loud. The entire room was vibrating from the music, making it impossible to relax or sleep. The party continued until 4:00 AM, which was very disturbing. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and we expected much better consideration for guests staying overnight.The property was not 5 star at all . It was an average hotel And their is very less lighting in the rooms.
