Greetoe Camp Panna

Very disappointed with my experience at Greeteo Hotel, Panna. The booking executive promised several things at the time of reservation, but upon arrival, the arrangements were completely different. It felt misleading and unprofessional.The food was one of the worst parts of the stay. The quality was poor, the taste was below average, and the desserts were simply terrible. There was hardly any variety, and the hotel had almost no suitable food options for children, which is unacceptable for a family-friendly property.Dont have night staff for any emergency.The overall experience did not justify the money spent. Poor coordination, unmet commitments, bad food quality, and lack of attention to families with kids made our stay frustrating.I would not recommend this hotel to families or travelers expecting quality service. I would recommend dont travel there.

We stayed at Greetoe for one night with family (Room No. 103), and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.What was good:* The room was spacious and clean.* The toilet/bathroom was also clean and well maintained.What went wrong:* The geyser in our room was not working.* The food quality was extremely disappointing. The boondi laddu seemed to be made with oil instead of ghee, and the rasgulla tasted like it was made from powder rather than khoya. Serving Maggi for breakfast was surprising and disappointing. Also, high tea being served at 7:30 PM felt too late.* The staff was not supportive or proactive. We asked for earbuds/cotton buds and were simply told they were unavailable. During breakfast, when we asked the staff about options at the live counter, we were told there was ’nothing,’ only to later find out omelettes could actually be ordered. Better communication from staff would have helped.* The AC in Room 103 stopped working at night, and while we were shifted to another room, that room had a very unpleasant smell, making the experience worse.Overall, while the room cleanliness was decent, poor maintenance, disappointing food, and unhelpful staff made the stay unpleasant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

There was very little variety, and the hotel barely offered any suitable food for children, which is unacceptable for a family-oriented place. There is no night staff available for emergencies. I would not suggest this hotel to families or travelers looking for good service. I advise against going there.

An incredible experience. We felt cozy even at 45 degrees. Excellent food and warm hospitality. Definitely worth a visit.
