If u r looking for a natural, comfortable and a homely vibe, nestled amongst towering snowcapped mountains, waterfalls and gushing rivers, this is the place to stay . The views from the balcony rooms are probably among the best from any hotel around the globe. You will probably never witness such scenery from the comfort of your room anywhere else. The hotel staff while limited were very kind and accommodated to every request. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, a sofa (convertible to bed) , clean and newly constructed washrooms and balconies (with views of a lifetime). Unless you are looking for an overly luxurious room with a jacuzzi or something of that sort, this is the place to stay. Absolutely loved my time there...

I'm not sure how this hotel has good reviews. It's definitely not a 3 star hotel. First of all, there was no Wifi - maybe all Lachung hotels don't have Wifi? The TV did not work, so I had to ask someone to fix it. The bed warmer did not work, someone came to fix it. The man had anger issues - he was throwing things around, but eventually fixed it. There were old, used slippers in the room for guests to use. The food was awful - paneer tasted like garlic. It is a very small hotel and they don't have too many people working there. I'm so glad I spent only 12-13 hours there. I couldn't wait to check out. I would not recommend it to anyone - it was a waste of Rs. 5000 +.

Nice simple food. Good staff. Decent service. Didnt have electricity most of the night. Not much heating. Adequate blankets and water heater (when electricity is available).Enjoy the river side rooms. You can hear the river flow all night.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Food was great and the locality is picturesque. Near to a river stream surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. Room heaters are available on extra charge and it does get quite cold at night. Geyser in the bathroom is not adequate for 2 people so hot water can become an issue. Staff was kind enough to bring a bucket of hot water to the room.
