Holiday Regency Marriage Hall is an outstanding venue for weddings and celebrations. The ambience is elegant, the d??cor is beautifully done, and the management is extremely cooperative. Every detail’from seating arrangements to lighting’was perfectly handled. Truly one of the best marriage halls for a memorable event.

It was a very wonderful stay at The property I have enjoyed all the services there.We had attended by Neha On reception she was very good in his job and humble as well .

I recently stayed at HOLIDAY REGENCYin Moradabad and had a pleasant overall experience. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers.The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with all the basic amenities you’d expect from a quality hotel. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile.The hotel’s restaurant serves a good variety of dishes ’ both Indian and continental ’ and the food quality was excellent. The breakfast buffet, in particular, had a wide spread and was fresh and tasty.The location is convenient, easily accessible from the main city areas, and there’s ample parking space available. The only minor drawback was that service during peak hours could be a bit slow, but the staff made up for it with their professionalism and helpful attitude.Overall, HOLIDAY REGENCYoffers great value for money with its blend of comfort, cleanliness, and attentive service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Moradabad for a short or extended stay.

Every attendant - baggage bell boy to room service person - every one expects a tip and makes their intentions obvious. On checkout, I was asked to pay for water and the charges were too much over MRP. When asked, the person claimed that the charges were in order. He denied to give bill for the charges as I told him that I would lodge a complaint. I was forced to pay exorbitant charges much above MRP and no bill given.

Worst one. Its just a label of 5 star in moradabad. They dont have 5 star wuality, staff behaviour and overall feel. They lack the mannerism to treat guest like done in 5 star’s. My experience was pathetic. I have been to Taj, radisson, mughal and many 5 stars but it seem like this hotel bcz how its staff behaved is the only five star they know .1. The doorman did not seem to do his duty. Like he was so judgemental and hessitant to open the door only for adults not for teen girl. He took so much time as, if his personal ego is much high than his job. Then no gesture of welcome mam or sir or thankew. Very arrogant & stoic. And i came in a premium luxury sedan. After that i had dinner which was fine. But i sat in its lounge and clicked few selfies and some shots of its ambience. So, the receptionist uses a very rude & arrogant tone towards me - excuse me ’aap kaha se hai’ i asked what to do you mean to ask with that, then he smirks, saying aap apnj bhi photo kheech rahe hai or office ki , apka toom hai yaha kya.!!! Idk what nonsense- how can you just say like that . Its his mistake of not knowing his guests and treating themLike his house people. Not at all professional. Polite is way far for them. How can he can interrupt & comment on what im doing . I can click my pics. What nonsense. Then he had no point when i said to him write & display here for people to know if clicking photo is not allowed here.Or maybe you would like to act like the iwner and comment on every person. No sir, no mam used. Nothing like mannerism. You are just staff doing your job there better behave. Its not even that great. There are extremely beautiful hotels that treat well + clicks photos of their guest if they ask them. Get some brushing on that. Better for you. And yes he asked me right - so, I am from Noida. I work in Singapore and i am an entrepreneur at the age of 23.
