This was one of the worst experiences of my life at a hotel.Because my travel arrangements arrived earlier than expected I went to the hotel a little early to request an early check-in. However the staff spoke to me extremely rudely and treated me as if I were some kind of beggar. They even told me that the room was not meant for students.If you are a student (doctor), I strongly recommend that you do not book this hotel. What made the experience even worse was that I was neither given the room nor provided with a refund. The staff simply refused to accommodate me and sent me away. 😡😡

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceOne of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely poor, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and our complaints were not taken seriously. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were also disappointing. The food and service quality were far below expectations.For the price they charge, the experience is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options available in Nanded.
