My concerns were not handled properly, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a proper response.The overall experience was frustrating, especially considering the amount paid for the stay. The hotel needs to seriously improve its customer service, communication, and professionalism.Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
