Very bad experience , unhygienic room bed cover was not changed. Breakfast included which just had bad poha , bread and tea. no chair and table nothing was available. Pathetic experience

I stayed at this hotel on 22 December. The room conditions were decent and adequately maintained. The behaviour of the staff was courteous and cooperative throughout my stay. In my assessment, the room facilities were satisfactory and reasonable when considered in relation to the price charged. Overall, the accommodation may be regarded as average but acceptable within the given price range.

Poor Hotel Experience

I had booked a room that was claimed to be 3-star, but my experience was far from it. The AC and hot water were controlled from the reception, every we require we have to call reception, there were no windows or ventilation, and the room lacked any natural light. The restroom was narrow and suffocating, with a strong phenyl smell lingering throughout the room. The food was also below average. In my opinion, this is not a 3-star hotel ’ it felt more like a basic lodge or an OYO room.

Poor Stay Experience

We were on a pilgrimage to Ayodhya. Accommodation was in AP Palace Hotel. Allotted rooms 001 and 002. The rooms were congested. House keeping was very bad. Toilet was dirty. Shower gel, hand wash etc were not available. Kettle was out of order. Food was not upto the standard. Generally not good.
