Everything upto quality standard , except only one blemish , the pillow covers were not cleaned had some stains beneath...maybe becoz of oversight...Hope will check it properly in future...Overall everything else nice...

Beware Booking Scam

I don't usually write reviews like this, but after what my family experienced, I feel compelled to warn other travelers. We booked Hotel Baisaran in Pahalgam through Cleartrip for June 30 to July 2. We paid in full, got a booking confirmation, and an official voucher from Cleartrip. We thought our hotel was secured and started our Kashmir trip calmly. However, when we arrived, the hotel said there was no booking under our name or voucher. We were shocked. We called Cleartrip, and their reps kept asking us to wait while they checked with the hotel. After over an hour, a Cleartrip executive admitted the hotel was never booked. Consider our situation: it was around 6 PM in Pahalgam, a sensitive area, traveling with family, with a confirmed voucher but no place to stay. Why issue a "confirmed booking" if the hotel never got the reservation? Cleartrip then offered alternative hotels far below the original standard and far away, finally offering a refund and small compensation. But a refund can't make up for the stress and panic of being stranded with family in an unfamiliar place. Two hours later, Cleartrip said the booking was canceled and refunded. We told them we wanted the confirmed hotel or an equivalent at the same price, but they failed to provide either. Getting a confirmed voucher that doesn't match a real reservation left us completely shocked. From our experience, Cleartrip's process feels like a scam since we relied on their confirmation only to find no booking at check-in. I urge everyone to think twice before booking hotels through Cleartrip, especially when traveling with family or to places where last-minute accommodation is hard to find. A booking confirmation should mean a real confirmed booking, not uncertainty and distress at the hotel. Please share this to warn others.
