The rooms were okayish but the location is terrible.As mentioned in the hotel's info, the rooms are mostly sea facing and please dont fall for that.You will literally vomit with each step you take outside the room on the way to church. The roads are filled with pee and poop and you will never be able to forget the sight. I would suggest others to reach Velankanni and look for hotels rather than booking in advance as even though you choose a Pay at hotel option, the hotel guys will call you long before your stay and they will pursue you to pay an advance.
Our booking was confirmed well in advance, yet when we called on the day of arrival to check on our room, the staff scolded us and aggressively asked why we were informing them so late. Upon arrival, the mismanagement continued as they claimed they did not have our customer details, failing to allocate our actual room properly. Instead, they dumped us in a single, penthouse-style room on the terrace. While the room itself was acceptable, the washrooms and the entire surrounding area were extremely dirty, stinky, and completely unhygienic. This stay was absolutely not worth the money we paid due to the highly unprofessional staff and substandard property conditions. We strongly advise everyone to save their money and avoid this hotel completely!
