Excellent stay with wonderful hospitality

I had a good experience at this hotel overall. The hot water was available and worked well, which is always appreciated. I did have to wait about 10 minutes for the room to be cleaned even though I had already booked and paid in advance ’ that was a bit inconvenient. The hotel reception is located on the 4th floor, which was a little unusual but not a problem since the lift was working smoothly. Staff were polite and the facilities were decent for the price.

Well, I didn't feel like giving a single type of rating but doing it just to help the people who might book the hotel in future. They are actually charging more than a good 3-4 star hotel ,when they don't have the service of even one star.Room ac doesn't work, TV does not work, rooms are stinky, messy, linens are dirty and seems never washed. They are charging even for water bottles, if you ask for some service that's fore sure delayed for good half and hour, if you ask that tv ac not working thy are giving excuse that there was storm or rain due to which every things went into workst situation, so i that case they should charge less.If still some one wish to stay 1000rupees are more than enough.Even they don't have landlines.So worst hotel of my life till date

Rooms are okay but many things are not up to the mark. Inspite of charging full rent of the rooms, AC's doesn't work, tv doesn't work, hot water doesn't work. Rooms have cockroaches. Food is okay. Overall it's just an okay hotel.

Rooms are excellent food is very delicious and the staff is very sweet and polite my experience is very good in hotel city height the banquet services are also very good
