Hotel Crystal International

This is not a hotel but a total fraud..they charged us 2500 rupees for 3 people one night and we got totally scammed1) Rooms are very very dirty, blankets were smelly and they didn't even cleaned the room before check-in.2) They provide us air conditioned room but most of the time there were frequent power cuts in the area,and in that time you cannot use AC,so for the most of the time room was non AC3) Remote control of the AC was not working,I called the service guy at night he changed the battery only after that it was working.4) There were two fans in the room one was working other was not,and after a lot of struggle we been finally able to switch on the fan and to our surprise there was no regulator for the second fan,it only spins on its own wish.5) Walls are damp and very dirty,you can literally smell like hospital or some sort of cheap hotel rooms.6) Tiles are broken in the bathroom and the place is not maintained at all,you can see tree branches coming inside the room.7) The manager was a totally mess,first when confronted he told us maybe you are staying in the hotel for the very first time,and also made fun of my body,And threateyus to call the police and when we confront him then only he sent the other guy to talk to us.8) And after that the final nightmare,the mosquitoes,they won't let you sleep,their window curtain has no rods,you cannot lift it according to your wish,and at night due to mosquito we have keep our lights on to avoid them,after that day I had my exam,I couldn't sleep at night and when you go to bathroom at night it feels like mosquitoes will eat you whole,it was a totall hell at night.9) The pillows they provide they are like very very thin and dirty,we have to use our luggage and clothes as pillows.I highly suggest to avoid this place until you don't want to fell sick and don't want to waste your money..otherwise you'll regret for sure and manager will insult you if you complaint for sureThe manager SOMNATH BANERJEE was a total fraud and very very arrogant and don't know how to behave with customers.Please don't go to this hotel it is a total scam and don't belief the photos they uploaded on Google..they are almost fake

Very nice room/banquet/restaurant

Booked the hotel and confirmed with the hotel of the booking also made them aware of late checking as my bus would arrive late ,but when I reached hotel at 12:30 called them continuously on the number provided no one picked the call later had to book another hotal at midnight

The food is too expensive,one chapati @ ’20,a bottle of water @30 over to that they charged GST also

For a function, where we have paid for all the things, when my family member went in the hotel within the function time, hotel manager charged for the starter when asked for the starter foods. As they were ladies and kids, they paid it but already the hall and 2 rooms were booked for the function till evening.Worst type of service given by the Crystal International staff. Would like to know the view of the head of the hotel crystal international on this issue where his staff charged for fast foods which were already included in the function food and which was asked within the function time. As no gents person were present, hotel staff tricked our family member for some money. Disgraceful!
