Very poor experience. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. They also demanded extra charges for a water bottle, which was disappointing. Customer service needs significant improvement. Not recommended.

Terrible service... The staff is unhelpful, very rude, and arrogant. The main door lock was broken, the blanket smelled bad, and the staff refused to change the room. They didn't even provide complimentary water bottles or plates and spoons. They said, "this is all you get for this price." I advise everyone not to stay here. It's not worth the money.
